Barca Pagari 19th Player of the Year with a Release Clause of Rp 1 Trillion
Barcelona fenced off his forward midfielder, Carles Alena, with a new three-year contract. The Catalans also posted a fantastic discharge clause for a 19-year-old player for 75 million euros (about Rp 1.193 trillion).
Thus, the Spanish player will remain at Camp Nou until June 2020. Clubs who mengincarnya also have to think long to memboyongnya because it needs to prepare funds more than Rp 1 trillion.
Tottenham Hotspur became the club affected by this new contract. Hope to get the services of Alena to be lost even though they’ve been hunting him during the summer transfer market in 2017.
Alena has got four chances to appear alongside Barca’s senior team. He made his debut last season when former Barca coach Luis Enrique dropped him in a Copa del Rey match.
Performance was alluring at the time. Alena pays Enrique’s confidence by scoring a goal to equalize to 1-1 against Hercules. As a result, Enrique again gave it a chance in three La Liga matches in April.
According to Marca and El Mundo Deportivo, there is a contract renewal option for the next two years in the new deal. The option will be used when Alena gets a chance to play in the first team in the 2017-2018 season.
Prior to this new contract, Alena’s release clause was only three million euros (about Rp 47.734 billion). The surge of this release clause could not be separated from its highly compelling performance when it brought Barcelona B promotion to La Liga 123.
